The head pastor of Glorious Wave Church International, Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi has justified why his two football prophecies failed. While addressing his congregation, the man of God explained that his football prophecies failed due to betting.

Prophet Badu Kobi asserted that the word of God cannot be used for betting hence the reason behind his failed prophecies. According to him, all his prophecies has come to pass because he is God’s agent and is not perturbed by criticisms. He however added that, his prophecy about Accra Hearts of Oak winning the Ghana Premier League came to pass.

“When I prophesy about football and you want it to come to pass, don’t use God’s words for betting. The prophecy will fail, God’s word is not for betting. God is laughing at some people. Don’t fight for me, all you can do is promote me because I am his agent. If God sent me and you don’t understand, face God”, Prophet Badu Kobi disclosed.

Thousands of disgruntled Ghanaians have joined the ongoing FixTheCountry protest today, August 4, to demand accountability, good governance, and better living conditions from the ruling government.

The FixTheCountry campaign, which began in May, has garnered massive attention and support since Ghanaian youth took to social media to highlight inadequacies in the country. Although the government responded to the aggrieved youth by outlining initiatives it has implemented, including the Nation Builders’ Corp (NABCO), National Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Plan (NEIP) to build the human capital in the country, many still think the government has failed to deliver.

As such, Ghanaian youth are demonstrating today, August 4, to demand better living conditions from the Nana Akufo-Addo-led government. The youth are protesting as the nation marks Founder’s Day today, August 4. YEN.com.gh has sighted videos of the campaigners converging at ‘Obra Spot’ at Kwame Nkrumah Circle to begin the protest. Ghana’s president, Nana Ado Dankwa Akufo Addo has congratulated Ghanaian featherweight boxer, Samuel Takyi for ending the country’s medal drought by winning Bronze at the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games.

The 20-year-old ended Ghana’s 29-year wait for a silverware at the Olympic Games after finishing the competition with a bronze medal. In a post on social media by the President, sighted by fredericknuetei.com, the first gentleman of the state stated how proud he is of the fighter.
