Sarkodie and Pappy Kojo

BET award winner, Sarkodie has expressed his feelings towards fellow rap brother Pappy Kojo who is currently in Italy under lockdown. In a tweet by the rapper, he said he is willing to pay any amount to get his colleague back to Ghana.

“I’m also locked up out here but I will pay anything to get @PAPPYKOJO back home … he’s not well”.

Pappy Kojo has been on social media platforms pleading to the government to be “rescured” and brought back home.

However, his plea for mercy was kicked out by the Minister for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mrs Barbara Oteng Gyasi, who sais that she understands how the rapper feels but his wish cannot be granted at this time.

“Currently, travelling is out of the question. We’re not encouraging people to come to Ghana”, she said.

Italy is ranked third in the list of countries with the most confirmed coronavirus death cases. Their case count is currently at 128,948 with 15, 887 deaths.
