Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda, better known by her stage name MzVee, is a Ghanaian singer, afropop, dancehall and R&B artiste. Her debut solo album features several hit singles including ‘Borkor Borkor’, ‘Natural Girl’ and ‘Dancehall Queen’.

According to the 2016 BET awards nominee, Mzvee there is no truth in the said information which also happened between her colleague female musician,Kaaki and her former label, Extra Large Music own by Ghanaian beat producer and sound engineer, Jam Master Jay (JMJ).

The rumor reveals that MzVee has breached the contract terms she signed with her former management and for that matter she has no legitimate right over her old songs recorded under Lynx Entertainment.

In an interview with Ghanaian blogger, Zionfelix, the ‘Come and See My Moda’ hiymaker stated emphatically that, per the contract she signed with the label ( Lynx Entertainment), she has the absolute performing right of all the songs she recorded under the label.

MzVee, who parted ways with her record label in September 2019 explained that, it was clearly stated categorically in the contract that she can perform the songs but the label has a certain percentage in whatever money she gets out of the songs.
