Asamoah Gyan Allegedly Assaults Tennis Opponent For Quitting Game

The opponent who is identified as Godwin Martey went to the 37 Military Officers Mess for a tennis game and was paired up with Asamoah Gyan.

During the game he felt cheated with the way Asamoah Gyan’s brother, Baffour Gyan was officiating and decided to quit the game.

According to Godwin Martey the Gyan brothers beat him because he wasn’t happy with the officiating and decision to quit.

Chelsea to face Real Madrid or Liverpool after qualifying for the UEFA champions league semi finals

English Premiership side, Chelsea has qualified for the UEFA champions league semi finals after loosing 1 – 0 to Porto in Seville on Tuesday night, April 13, 2021. 

Chelsea won the first leg last week 2-0  and only needed to avoid a mishap to qualify and they did it despite Mehdi Taremi’s brilliant bicycle kick which found the top corner in the 93rd minute.


Chelsea will now face either Real Madrid or Liverpool depending on who wins between them on Wednesday.

Jerome Boateng to leave Bayern Munich after 10 years with the club

German club, Bayern Munich, has confirmed that defender, Jerome Boateng will leave the club at the end of the season. 

After a decade with the club, his contract runs out at the end of the season and it won’t be renewed, meaning he will be on free transfer. “Jerome’s contract expires in the summer. It will not be extended,” the club sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic told Sky in Germany 

“That was a joint decision of the club management and the coach was also involved. I explained that to Jerome and he was very understanding. He leaves through a big door – hopefully with titles.”

Boateng has played 31 games for Bayern this season, scoring two goals for the Bundesliga leaders.
